All Harness DR, LLC parts and components are sold “as is”, “with all faults”, “as they stand” and without any express warranty whatsoever, unless otherwise expressly designated. To the fullest extent allowed by the state and federal law, you expressly disclaim any and all implied warranties including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You further expressly release and disclaim any and all liability of Harness DR, LLC for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage or loss of property, loss of profits or revenue, and cost of replacement. In no event shall the liability of Harness DR, LLC, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, exceed the cost paid by you to Harness DR, LLC for the part or component.
