Orders/Shipment Notification:
Once an order has been successfully placed, you should receive an Order Acknowledgement email. You order will be in a “Processing” state until it is built/shipped. Once the order is complete, the order status will change to “Complete”. A shipping notification email from HarnessDR and PayPal (debit/credit card processor) will be automatically sent. Typically, these emails end up in your Junk/Spam mail. Please check your junk/spam filters accordingly. If your order is in “Hold” status, please contact us with your Order # for more information.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day return policy for most products. Some items that have a GM Part# or custom built products are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return. RMA is required for all returns. To obtain an RMA, please email returns@HarnessDR.com. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued in 3-5 business days. Restock fee of 20% may apply. Refund will be for purpose price and excludes shipping costs associated with the order. Customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is submitted, a 10% fee will be assessed for cancelling an order if the order was not processed and shipped. If your order was shipped, please submit a return request and email returns@HarnessDR.com. Once the item is shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty:
Our products have a limited warranty of 1 year. We will replace or exchange the failed item during the warranty period. Customer is responsible for return shipping, but HarnessDR will cover the return shipping costs. NOTE: Resistors will have a 60 day warranty due to the nature of the item. To file a warranty claim, please send an email to warranty@HarnessDR.com
