2014 – 2019 Silverado / Sierra: Steering Wheel LIN Bus Harness

If you are looking to swap your base model steering wheel (without wheel controls) to a steering wheel with controls, this harness is needed. This harness is designed to give you steering wheel controls (front right side controls) to the instrument cluster.

This harness will get the missing LIN Bus circuit from the clock spring connector tied back to the instrument cluster.

NOTE:  New clock spring AND compatible instrument cluster is needed.  Compatible instrument cluster and programming can be purchased by WAMS – http://www.WhiteAutoandMedia.com

This harness DOES NOT add radio controls from the steering wheel.  Adding radio controls has a much significant process that is only available on 2014-2015 trucks with IO4 radios.  IO3 and IOB radios DO NOT have an upgrade path to gain steering wheel to radio controls.
