Dear HarnessDR Customers,

I wanted to provide you an update about how we are handling the COVID-19 novel coronavirus outbreak. First and foremost, our number one priority is keeping our customers, our employees, and our families safe. Since the outbreak is not affecting us directly, we will remain open for all online ordering. At this time, local installation services will be considered on a day-to-day basis.

Due to increased precautions and how this outbreak is indirectly affecting us, we ask that you remain patient. We will experience slower than usual shipment times, processing times and customer service response times.

Currently, our average shipping time is 2-3 weeks from the time an order is placed for items that are on back order. For items in stock, the average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Right now, we see no change in our shipping lead times. There has been no interruption to our shipping or production times. Furthermore, we are taking every possible precaution to ensure that we remain open and continue to ship orders out efficiently.

If you have any questions regarding an order that has not shipped, we ask that you refrain from sending an inquiry. If you feel your order is beyond the estimated 3 week lead time, please email us at sales@HarnessDR.com for a status update.

We are continuing to follow the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization guidelines and recommendations to prevent the spread of the virus. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do everything we can to keep our customers, employees, and families – healthy and safe.
